Managing Service Provider Risks

Service providers play a critical role in clinical trials, yet their involvement in trial risk assessment is often complex. Questions around ownership, collaboration, and visibility of risks remain common across sponsor and vendor teams.

This episode of mindsON RBQM focuses on how service providers can and should be involved in RBQM activities. The session explores whether central labs, drug suppliers, and EDC, IRT, or ePRO vendors should contribute to trial risk assessments, how that input can be structured, and how risks can be tracked effectively across organizations.
